Services are provided on a custom basis per client agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information

  • Approving or giving feedback on deliverables within reasonable timeframes

  • Ensuring they have the right to use any third-party content they provide

Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials created by MightyMen Webcrafters remain our intellectual property until payment is made in full. After payment, ownership of final deliverables (e.g., websites, branding assets) transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or invoices. Failure to pay on time may result in paused services or additional fees.

Late payments may be subject to a 5% monthly late fee unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. However, due to the time and resources involved in digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

If you’ve purchased a guaranteed offer (e.g., “20% more leads or your money back”), the specific terms of that offer will apply and be outlined in your agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

MightyMen Webcrafters shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including delays, loss of data, or missed opportunities.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may use third-party tools (such as Google Analytics, WordPress plugins, Facebook Ads) to deliver services. We are not responsible for errors or issues caused by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or suspend services if a user or client violates these terms or engages in unlawful or abusive behavior.
